Tamara is an excellent and compelling yoga teacher!! I have taken several classes from Tamara. She is a wonderful instructor - very spiritual and inspirational, and demonstrates the poses carefully and clearly. I always learn something new in her classes, and find that she is sensitive to her students' pace. Tamara is extremely experienced, and her deep understanding of the practice of yoga is present in all of he classes. I look forward to taking many more classes from her. |
